Residents had the feeling that the contractors were forgetting that they still had to use this road.

This does not seem to be addressed in the action plan.

Also the Action Plan contained full contact details for one household. We had posted them as provided by the Council, without fully checking the contents.

We have edited the files to remove surnames and any address information, except relating to the Council itself. Fortunately these files were only accessed a limited number of times, before we updated them. Our apologies if anyone was unhappy with this, we will try to ensure it does not happen again.
