Sue P writes: Classes have started up again. We are learning some new routines, one based on the salsa which is fantastic fun. If you haven’t been before you won’t be at a disadvantage, so do come along to have fun whilst working out. The classes are on Wednesday afternoon starting at 1.30pm

This was the third Parwich Panoramic Five Fell Race (PP5) with the best turnout so far, 112 runners. There were 24 clubs represented and 34 non affiliated runners. No Evening Pilates until September

Unfortunately because of a serious back injury a few years ago, Georgie has decided that she can no longer run the evening Pilates sessions, so the committee are now looking for a replacement teacher.
