There is not a lot of news from our immediate area in this week’s Ashbourne News Telegraph:
- p.2 “Tom jives to top of leader board” reports the weekend’s Strictly episodes and local responses. Also talks about preparations for Tom and Clare’s wedding, the day after he next dances on Saturday 18th Oct.
- p.13 The restoration of Bradbourne Mill has won the Master Builder 2008 award for best Large Restoration Project in Yorkshire and Trent.
- p.41 Bob Matthews Quiz tomorrow at 8pm in the Sycamore Inn.
- p.60 Ashbourne Town Darts results and standing in the leagues so far.
