This week The Stunner seemed rather thin and there is certainly not much to report about Parwich. As always you can buy the Ashbourne News Telegraph in the pub or view it online.
p2. Bid to build brand loyalty in Ashbourne – Ashbourne needs to showcase its most renowned assets and adopt a clear-cut identity to maximise the town’s marketing potential.
p3. Roadworks in and around Ashbourne – Resurfacing around Brailsford from Monday 2nd November for a month between 9.15am & 4.30pm. More resurfacing in Clifton Road between the A52 roundabout and the mini roundabout on Station Road, road closures will happen in the New Year, but we will update you nearer the time. Replacement of the pavement in Cockyane Avenue should already have begun.
p6. Plan to fight winters worst – We needn’t worry about ungritted roads this winter, Derbyshire County Council have it all in hand, they’ve drafted in high tech monitoring equipment, problem solved!!
p39. Darts – Parwich Legion lost to the White Hart 6:3, but T Edge did get a 98 double start for the Parwich Legion who are 7th out of 10 in Division 4.
