The gate at the back of the Memorial Hall has been badly damaged with both hinges being sheared off.
It not now possible to properly secure the garden area thus preventing children attending Stepping Stones from using the outside space for play.
The incident has been reported to the police. The Memorial Hall Management Committee would be grateful for any information about who might be responsible for the damage.

Hello memorial Hall committee 🙂
Being neighbours to the memorial hall I thought I would add a little comment! Paul and I noticed that the top hinge of the gate had been broken a little while ago (after the really strong winds) and presumed that the weight of the gate had pulled the rest off. Paul put the gate to one side so that nobody fell over it in the dark. Other than that I’m afraid we didnt see / hear anything of any importance.
Kind regards,
Lucy and Paul
