The Derbyshire Alert community messaging service gives you the opportunity to contribute to the setting of priorities in your neighbourhood.
As you may be aware, each of our Safer Neighbourhood policing teams holds a meeting every three months to set priorities, offering the public the opportunity to select what their local police officers and other agencies target.
The aim of our e-forum is to make it easier for you to have a say on priorities.
Simply email alert@neighbourhoodalert.co.uk and tell us what you would like your team to target.
Your concerns will be sent to the Tissington and Carsington area Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team and they will discuss all responses at their next forum meeting which will be held on:
Wednesday 27th March starting at 7.30pm at St. Bartholomew’s Church, Hognaston.
Each team works in partnership with local agencies, which include parish, town, district and county councils, housing Associations, Derbyshire Youth Service, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service, Neighbourhood Watch among others, to help keep your area a safe, clean and pleasant place to live and work.
Priorities can include a wide variety of issues, including crime, anti-social or nuisance behaviour, graffiti or vandalism or anything which you feel impacts on the quality of life for you, your neighbours or your business.
You are still more than welcome to attend the meeting if you would prefer to speak to officers in person or you can also call our non emergency telephone number, 101. You can be reassured that we will listen to your concerns, act on them and maintain our commitment to provide a high quality policing service to everyone in the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales.
