A number of us tried our hands at CPR this evening under the tuition of Sue, Jill & Martin. If anyone missed it but would like to know more, or if anyone is thinking about becoming a first responder then Sue, Jill or Martin would be very happy to chat to you.
It was very reassuring to have a go at CPR and placing the defibrillator pads in the correct position. One day you might have to do it for real!
