The Parwich First Responders’ were honoured last night to be presented with a cheque for £100 from Nina Cole. Nina had set up 18 personal challenges that she wanted to complete by her 18th birthday. These included setting up cake stalls, car boot sales, bran tubs, guess the sweeties in a jar and name the bear at various events. Nina’s family have connections with the village and she felt it was a worthwhile cause as she is herself starting to train as a Community First Responder. We feel very privileged to have been chosen and gave a big thank you to Nina for all the money she has raised not only for the Parwich First Responders’ but for the other good causes that she has donated money to.
