Church meets tomorrow
Tomorrow we celebrate Rogation Sunday, the day when the Church traditionally offers prayers for God’s blessings on the fruits of the earth and the labours of those who produce our food. We’ll be doing that using traditional hymns and modern English prayers with photographs of Parwich and the other four villages that comprise our Church of England benefice and a talk by Rev Alan Griggs, an agricultural chaplain and curate in this benefice.
The congregation will be gathering between 1730 and 1800:
- 1730 bring your own tea/coffee & cake for a chat if you wish
- 1800 service starts
Contact Rev Carollyn on revcarollyn@peakfive.org or 664132 or Andrew C on andrew@colliefamily.plus.com or 390684 for info on how to join in via computer, tablet and phone (including landline) and access the words.
We hope to see and hear you.
