It was good to see Tom and Camilla making a special guest appearance on last night’s Strictly Come Dancing, dancing a typically fun-filled routine to “If They Could See Me Now” from the musical Sweet Charity. Fast forward to 3:55 to start watching them.

I never tire of watching Tom. He made my dreams come true the night I met him in Derby. Tom really is an amazing guy. All the best to Tom and his family x
When out in America this year I thought it would be pretty cool to tell my cousin and all his friends about Tom.
Out there in the US of A, Strictly Come Dancing is called Dancing With The Stars and is absolutly huge, so thought everyone would think it was pretty cool that the winner of this came from the village I live in.
Upon telling everyone about Tom, instead of getting the “Wow thats totally awsome!” I was expecting I got “Wow, everyone really does know everyone else in Britain don’t they?”
Needless to say, this was not what I was expecting as a reaction, but it does make me giggle 🙂
Allie, that was such a lovely and amusing comment. That is exactly what is so special about Parwich, people walk round Parwich and talk to each other, the benefit of the ‘Pub’s the Hub’ and the shop therein and the Legion you can set off and get back hours later after chats and drinks and coffees here and there. So it appears true really to the outsiders everyone does appear to know everyone – in our village anyway. Well done, I’ve made a decision ‘you’re the best ‘ look forward to seeing you in Vogue magazine perhaps soon. Stuart
