Pilates classes will be starting in the Memorial Hall from Wednesday 23rd April, 6-7pm. Initially there will be 4 sessions which will run up to and including the 21st May, but there will be no class on May 7th. Payment will be in advance for these 4 sessions, a total of £28. You need to bring along a mat and a towel that can be rolled/folded and placed under your neck.
These classes are already full, so only come along if you have been contacted & sent a medical form. If you are interested in future sessions there is a waiting list so contact Rebecca on 390318. It is open to men & women.

Due to the demand for these classes, it is posssible that Tricia may run a second session from 7-8pm on a Wednesday. At present we don’t have enough people to make this viable, but please contact me if you are interested.
