At last night’s Parwich & District Horticultural Society’s AGM the following Officers were elected unopposed:
- Chair: Nia Linnell
- Vice Chair: vacant
- Treasurer: Ben Bennett
- Secretary: Mike Hart
Peter Rawlins stood down from the Committee, to the thanks of the Society for his long service and hopes to be able to continue to draw on his expertise and knowledge.
The Society also elected two new Committee Members and Ben Bennett as our Memorial Hall Representative. Outgoing Chair Peter Trewhitt thanked everyone for all the support he and the Society have received over the past year. He continues as a committee member.
The Society enthusiastically committed to an active role in Parwich Primary School’s ‘Growing Together‘ project. Anyone wanting to volunteer to support developing a productive vegetable garden at the School please contact Nia L, Helen P or Rebeca J.
