Firstly, here are the applications which have been listed as “registered”, and awaiting a decision.

Parwich

  • The Catlow.
    Proposed alterations and extension of dwelling. Proposed demolition of garage and erection of new to rear of property. Extension of domestic curtilage.
  • Uppermoor Farm. (1/2)
    Conversion of outbuildings to form a two bedroom holiday letting unit.
  • Uppermoor Farm. (2/2)
    Rear first floor extension to farmhouse, part change of use of attached barn to form additional residential accommodation and installation of sewage treatment plant.

Alsop-en-Le-Dale

  • Dove Top Farm, Cold Eaton.
    Conversion of rural building into two residential units or tourist accommodation.

Ballidon.

    Discharge of ground water from the working area via a pipeline into the Bletch Brook.

    Refused, final decision.

Pikehall.

  • Sacheveral Farm, Moor Lane.
    Proposed agricultural replacement building to house livestock.
    Granted conditionally.
  • Smerrill Barn.
    Conversion of first floor barn to staff accomodation.
    Refused, appeal lodged.
