As a team we have decided to keep our eyes open for any credit Crunch Busting Ideas – basically anything that might save you money. So if you come across anything in the area that might help someone save some pennies. These ideas may cover eating out, so include places like Derby (lunch ideas), Buxton, Bakewell etc., they may be savings on food or an incredible holiday or flight deal – just email them into parwich@hotmail.com – but don’t forget to include where these offers can be found – in which newspaper or on which website.
An excellent source of offers is to register with the Martin Lewis Money Saving website, you will receive an email every Wednesday & you can click on the Restaurant section to find out which eatery will save you the most money.
Here are a couple to get us going.
Pizza Express– nearest are in Buxton & Derby are offering a £10 meal deal from 31st March for 10 days. Click here to print out your voucher.
La Tasca – a Spanish Tapas Restaurant is offering 50% the total food bill until 19th April. Click here for your voucher, this is through The Telegraph for other offers at the restaurant click here.
As a team we are highly dedicated and where possible we will of course try out these offers ourselves, however we cannot be held responsible for anything, so do check before you buy or eat!!

I personally think that the tesco vouchers are excellent. If you use them for a deal it is worth 4 times more and i used £50 of them on a campsite this year giving me £200 off the total otherwise i use them on days out so places like Alton towers can be free otherwise it would cost a lot with a family of 5.
Here are some ideas recently sent to me by a friend which other people may find useful as well:
