The five MEPs elected for the East Midlands are:
- Roger Helmer, Conservative
- Emma McClarkin, Conservative
- Glenis Willmott, Labour
- Derek Clark, UKIP
- Bill Newton Dunn, Liberal Democrat
The four sitting MEPs that stood were re-elected, and the fifth seat was won by Emma McClarkin for the Conservatives. The turnout in the region was 38% overall, but it rose to 46% in the Derbyshire Dales.
In the East Midlands we cast our votes in the following proportions:
- Conservative Party 31.2%
- The Labour Party 16.9%
- United Kingdom Independence Party (UKIP) 16.4%
- Liberal Democrats 12.3%
- British National Party 8.7%
- The Green Party 6.8%
- English Democrats Party 2.3%
- United Kingdom First 1.7%
- Christian Party 1.5%
- Socialist Labour Party 1.1%
- No 2EU: Yes to Democracy 0.9%
- Pro Democracy: Libertas.eu 0.6%
- Jury Team 0.6%
