Thank you to Martin for this update on the Church repairs:

We had discovered that part of the church floor was hanging in mid air as the floor bearers and joists had rotted away. These photos and video show the Marshalls taking out the rotten floor and joists, prior to installing a new floor. Thank you to all of you who have supported our recent fund-raising events i.e. the Concert and the Fête, which have enabled us to repair this part of the church.

Every thing is on track for the floor repairs to be completed well in time for the September weddings.  There will be another fund-raising concert on 19th September, when we can hopefully raise funds to repair the rotting bell tower floor.
