I posted on the Parwich blog nearly a year ago. I’m completely sold on the idea of oil buying groups. I do two things to help. I run a directory to help people find a local scheme and I help folk get a local scheme off the ground if they want to. I already run successful schemes in my own village and now 10 others. We’ve bought half a million litres and saved over £20,000 in under four years. If anyone’s interested you can contact me via richard@oilconsolidation.co.uk
There is a bit of organisation but it’s really not that hard and the savings are well worth it. I’ve built my website to automate most of the effort of running a group.
