We are converting 2 stone barns at Pikehall into workspace/studio/office. Initially there is 2800sq/ft, with a 20ft by 10ft tempcontrolled spray booth (previous tenant did spray work on motor bikes). This unit is on two floors and could be subdivided into 2 or even 4 units. Further space of approximately 2100 sq/ft is awaiting development.
