The A515 is closed south of the Bentley Brook going into Ashbourne from about 7pm to 5am for resurfacing. We’d missed seeing the advance warning signs and at that stage it can be a real pain, so use the Bradbourne route to Ashbourne. Work is scheduled to finish by Monday.
There are also traffic lights back on the B5056, it looks like they are putting fencing up on the north side of the road, maybe it will stop the sheep roaming onto the road.

There are also roadworks during the day on the stretch from tissington to the alsop turn. Lorries out yesterday around 5pm and this morning before 8am spreading tar, chippings etc.
