   All first Aid and Marshal volunteers, if we don’t get to you before, we planning to are meet outside The Sycamore at 6pm on Tuesday where you can get your marshal bibs. All senior course marshals need to be in position by 7:15pm please.

   Please assist the runners by pointing the front runners to the next course marker etc.
