Our weatherman on the hill says:
Low pressure is building in the Atlantic, so rain may arrive by next weekend. In the meantime the current weather will
continue with seasonable temperatures and sunny periods.

Looking back over the past few weeks of weather stats, it appears that we haven’t had any rainfall in Parwich since April 5th. So if the weather stays dry until Friday, we will have had a whole month of drought…
Mike G
There has been very little rain since February when 108.2mm was recorded, March was very dry when 6.2mm fell and only 11.2 on 3rd of April and 2.7mm on 5th of April and so far May is going the same way. Next weekend may have some rain.
I would suggest it has been a drought since February.
