In milk! If anyone can help with suggestions as to what I can do with my excess of high quality, very locally produced raw Jersey milk, please ring me on 191 or email the blog team. What you thought was a friendly wave is, in fact, a signal of desperation!! Fiona H
Not Waving but Drowning

Fiona, we’d love the odd pint, please but that is probably only a drop in the proverbial milk churn! What about making cheese, except I suppose for even that the milk needs to be pasteurised?
I do make curd cheese, butter and yoghurt but still have lots of milk to spare. If you would like some please come on down!
Thank you! We certainly will. We know how lovely it is, having had it before.
Ice cream! Then freeze it. There are plenty of recipes you don’t need an ice cream machine for. Possibly sell in the shop? (Hey, if it is good enough for the Archers, it is good enough for Parwich!)
