We have been informed by the mobile library service that the one remaining copy of’ Kleptomania and its treatment ‘ by the eminent psychologist Dr.Nick King has unfortunately been stolen en route.
A heart warming tale in these gloomy days, a couple from Brailsford who recently received news from the British Embassy in Australia that their son Jimmy who as a toddler had wandered off unnoticed into the outback during a family camping holiday several years ago and after weeks of exhaustive searches by trackers with dogs was finally given up for dead had been discovered alive and well by an Aboriginal hunting party . Jimmy now a teenager was found living with a family of kangaroos who had raised him as one of their own ,now reunited with his parents a family spokesperson is quoted as saying ‘ Jimmy has not suffered any ill effects whatsoever from his ordeal and is in fact coming along in leaps and bounds’.
If the combination of economic hardship and lousy weather is beginning to take its toll remember that there’s always someone better off than you.
