Elections for a Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire take place tomorrow, Thursday November 15th.

Thank you Mike for this update post. The links you have provided are the only information I have recieved, but they don’t really tell us a lot. It seems strange going into an election tomorrow when I have no real idea whether or not Police & Crime Commissioner is a good idea, or who to vote for. Certainly I not sure if party political ofiliations are relevant.
The Derbyshire election has been won by Labour’s Alan Charles, on the second count.
Here are the full results. Turnout was just 14.4% of the Derbyshire electorate.
