Thanks for the plug much appreciated , if you do want to sponsor me but would prefer to do it off line, my parents have a sponsor form and have been working hard collecting money for me
The charity is only a small one and any donation will make a real difference to both the young people and their families. Louise through her work as a speech therapist has work with a variety of young people suffering from Autism and other disabilities which is the main reason i have chosen this particular charity
Thank you to all those who have already donated.
I had a good final big training run which started from the village and went up the dale to the 515 and then on the trail down to Alsop, coming off at Thorpe, through Mappleton back onto the trail at Ashbounre coming off at Tissington before negotiating some killer hills and styles over the bletch all in the reasonable time of 3hrs & 20 mins enjoying the snow and ice of the peaks as i went, knowing London is not as hilly and there will be no big styles I am hopefully of survival on the 21st !!!
Thanks again for any support or even just taking time to read about the charity and issues that others face for what the majority of us find simple and easy things to do.
Ben
