There is a directive restricting the movement of seed potatoes without the appropriate license which may be obtained from Matlock County Offices during opening hours, chip and pan payments accepted. These precautions minimize the risk of airborne spores contaminating commercial crops. Non compliance may result in a fine or imprisonment or both.
