We are delighted to announce that the Pilates for over 60’s will start again in March with the support of Parwich Fit 4 All. The class will be taught by Sue Purvis and will start on Monday 10th March 2-3pm, in Parwich Memorial Hall, cost £6 per session paid on a weekly basis.
Pilates can help people to become stronger and more flexible, and improve balance, posture, gait and breathing. This class will be devised around exercises that can be done sitting on a chair and will be tailored to suit people’s individual needs.
