Our Weatherman in the Village says:
Just think….all that water falling today (Sunday) started its journey to us in the Caribbean Sea! Perhaps it would stay there in future?
Our lovely dry warm summer seems to have well and truly broken, and even my (still) broken rain gauge seems to have been shocked into life temporarily.
After today’s deluge, the weather for the coming weeks looks like being generally unsettled with blustery showers or longer periods of rain. Not a great week in prospect weather-wise……
