Our Weatherman in the Village says:

Having been touched by Anthony C’s kind comments following the last weather report posted before my weather station started playing games, I thought a Christmas forecast might be in order to try to anticipate the conditions for the big day. So, will it be or won’t it be …….. a white Christmas?

Sadly, the only white likely on Christmas day is frost this year, with snow being pretty unlikely as I write this. Monday and Tuesday look like being mild, windy and damp, but the temperatures look set to drop as we move through Christmas Eve with the possibility of a frosty start on Thursday morning followed by a similar day on Friday.

So it’s a Happy Christmas to one and all from The Weatherman in the Village and here’s to a 2015 punctuated by great weather- my New Year resolution this year will be to fix the weather station!
