Just done an online check on my home line (I am not currently there) on the BT site (see https://www.bt.com/consumerFaultTracking/public/faults/tracking.do?pageId=31&s_intcid=con_L1:problem%20with%20service:L2:Problem%20with%20Broadband%20or%20BT%20Infinity:service%20status), but no problems are reported:
Mine also says ‘no faults’ but I’m struggling to load pages, Skype keeps crashing etc. and Hotmail has stopped working.
