The Blog Team have great pleasure in introducing to you two new guest bloggers!
Firstly our gardening (in)expert Monty Who. You may have already seen his ramblings in the Two Feet Apart postings, writing as The Hauty Culturist.
Monty, by his own admission, is a sometimes keen but inexperienced gardener. He is happy to share what he learns and encourage others to share their knowledge. The driving force behind Monty is his wife, affectionately referred to as Mrs. Monty, the real source of Monty’s monthly job list and projects. Mrs. Monty is a wannabee racing tipster who has already tipped the Grand National winner here on the blog. Monty is still in the dog house for failing to put a bet on her tip (though he did back the winner at Uttoxeter in the Midlands National). Monty is often mistaken for his more illustrious gardening namesake but as can be seen from his picture here he can be easily recognised by his stylish and snappy dress.
Secondly, the newest member of the team, food and cookery expert Michelle N. Starr.
Michelle loves cooking and has a great knowledge of food and drink. In her monthly blog she will be introducing some of her favourite dishes using local and seasonal ingredients. Never afraid of controversy she will also be enticing feedback on the great issues that have occupied the finest culinary brains for centuries in her “Let’s have a (re)heated debate” section. Finally we will have the answers to questions such as brown sauce, red sauce? and baked – hot ot cold? Michelle is keen to try new recipes but as can be seen from her picture she does like to keep her favourite ingredients close at hand at all times.
Look out for Michelle’s first posting coming very soon and please welcome her to the team.
Both our new team members are hoping to get lots of advice and suggestions from blog readers so please feel free to add comments on their posts or send ideas into parwich@hotmail.co.uk

Good news about the two new bloggers!
And on the same subject: this post made me wonder whether Parwich Primary School could be persuaded to contribute an occasional short post, written by children. It could be about an after-school club, some ICT work or a picture of some art work? It may help to nurture the children’s interest in the Parwich blogsite.
