
This alert relates to a reported theft of a trailer and contents that were left outside the entrance gates to Holtwood Solar Farm off of Yelt Lane in Doveridge.
The theft occurred between Tuesday 4th July 2017 at 1800 hours and Thursday 6th July at 1830 hours.
The trailer is an ifor Williams, approximately 10 years old and has a distinctive hole in one of the panels that is approximately 4 inches across. The registartion displayed on the trailer is ‘MT09 CXN’.
On the trailer were 25, 8 ft heavy duty sheep hurdles at a cost of £73 each. There were 30 pins at £10 each, a galvanised footbath, 2 two-way sheep race gates costing £200 each and 4 buckets of Clingon glue.
The property has been marked with 2foot long orange paint strips and so is particularly distinctive.
We are appealing for people to contact police if there are any sightings of the trailer or any of the distinctively marked property. The crime reference number that relates is: 17000292399
We would also like to use this as an opportunity to remind people to be vigilant as to any suspicious persons/vehicles to your property and to record details and report them to us.
