We are not alone in Parwich ( NHS Emergency System held in high esteem)
Suffering a Wasp attack and prone to Anaphalaxis the events below unfolded Tuesday afternoon.
On receiving the sting, the administration of a Epipen has to be actioned followed by a request for an ambulance.
The immediately received call by the operator once establishing the service required, actioned the appropriate call out , they stayed on the phone asking and giving information only finishing the call once a member of the response team arrive this being a member of the Parwich first responder to monitor the situation .
Soon afterward the paramedic arrived to take over and monitor my health. some 20 minutes later the Ambulance arrived.
Having established I was stable but with consultation with my G.P. they relinquished their responsibility and left.
A secondary reaction occured but was soon controlled by my G.P. on an emergency appointment at the locally surgery.
The above agency carried out their work as a cohesive team , fast, efficient and professional.
THEREFORE WE ARE NOT ALONE
