I bought meat from Andrew Holmes Butchers in Tissington yesterday and he told me he is able to take telephone orders.He also has an arrangement with Fresh Choice vegetables of Ashbourne in that they will deliver telephone orders to him and keep them in their cold room so that you can collect both veg and meat orders at once. A great help as it obviously avoids the necessity to travel into Ashbourne

As usual, Fresh Choice was very well stocked on my most recent visit, unlike many of the supermarkets. They have the added bonus of a choice of paper bags i.s.o. plastic!
