If you’re “Working From Home”- in a sedentary job, sat at a desk, a class in the middle of the day provides you with an opportunity to move, breaking up your day and helping you to approach the afternoons tasks with a clear head/new approach.
Homeschooling?! -get the kids to join you and PE is sorted. Get fitter as a family!!
Furloughed or at home alone- exercise can put positive structure into your day, and classes will give you a social outlet too.
