Time to involve Ofcom! I am with giffgaff who is owned by O2 (specifically, by Telefónica UK Limited, which operates as O2 in the UK.) I have managed to get £30 back off giffgaff so far. They told me that there are 6/39 masts down in the area?! All very odd! Apparently, there are problems in other areas of UK. (Yorkshire, probably also rural areas!). Grok AI has said: If unresolved tweet @O2 (include #O2Outage DE6 ??? [your post code] or post on O2 Community forums (community.o2.co.uk) with details. Contact Ofcom (ofcom.org.uk/complaints) after 8 weeks if needed.
The forums would be good, I’m sure they monitor those conversations.
