Derbyshire Dales MP John Whitby is concerned about the O2 outage in Parwich which is making life difficult for a significant number of us. He plans to come to the British Legion on Friday 24 October between 11am and midday to hear about the issues his constituents are experiencing. He has been in touch with O2 but, like us, has received no satisfactory explanation for the outage and why it is taking so long to fix. My understanding is that he has been in touch with the appropriate minister at the Department of Science Innovation and Technology which oversees the sector.
So do come along on Friday 24 October to tell him how the outage is affecting you.
Richard

I live in the housing association flats and I am disabled. I am so fearful as internet calls are not stable.

Well done Richard. Let’s hope this gets things moving.
Hi, I live at Longcliffe, and some days, my O2 Signal is none existence, this is very frustrating and difficult as we no longer have a land line ! We are very rural and do very much rely on my phone , especially for emergencies !
we also have a holiday let, and obviously this is being effected as people can not contact me, regarding there bookings or to make new bookings…
I am totally disgusted in the time it is taking to put the problem right , I hope this meeting helps and you can get some answers?
