Now, don’t ask me where the name comes from but ‘GADGHEE’ are a band staying at Orchard View and they have offered to entertain us at the Sycamore.
They play folk music and will be there tonight from ~9.15.
Anyone is welcome to bring their instruments along and join in. Everyone else is welcome too!

Another band in Parwich… getting very ‘on-trend’m your way.
What a splendid band! We were treated to a cracking evening of folk music. Penny whistle, fiddle, squeezebox, mandolin, bazouki (yes bazouki!) and guitar. The Sycamore was made for live music and I hope we get much more.
Sounds like a tuning system for a 7 stringed guitar.
You lucky sods. A rare sighting (and hearing) of the Gadghee bird (wonderful plumage). Not the hairiest band in the world but a great bunch of lads. I have all their CDs but have promised not to make copies. Here’s a thought – why not make it an Annual Event !! I bet Dave and the lads would be up for it.
I’d be up for it next year. I’d be interested to see your new armour-plated fiddle too! (You had to be there….)
