Thankyou to the cricket club for playing friendly matches and giving our juniors a chance to play in the team. Ran throughly enjoyed his day and it kept him and his Dad out of my way for a few hours as an added bonus!
Tennis, cricket, football and bowls are on offer to everyone in the village but it seems such a shame that there is such a lack of interest from so many. On saturday only 6 children turned up to take advantage of the tennis on offer and 3 of them were from the same family. It was a waste of time for the 3 volunteer teenagers who give up their morning to help out. Parwich is such a special place with fantastic facilities but they need using!
