When it says EVERYONE. Does it mean RBL members only?? Or does it mean Parwich RBL club members and their guests only?? (Including members of the RBL and RBL affiliated club(s) ) Or is it really everyone and there for an open Knight??
I have recently been informed that every one must be signed into the Parwich RBL club as a guest if they are not a member of PRBL and that ex members of PRBL club who have allowed their membership to expire may not be signed in or sign themselves in, even if they are a member of another affiliated RBL club.
Also, apparently, it is the responsibility of the visitor from another affiliated RBL club to sign themselves into the visitor’s book and it is the responsibility of the PRBL club members to sign their own guest’s in. i.e. the onus is upon the member/visitor, not PRBL club.
Also, the amount of people allowed in is to be limited in accordance to various regulations including fire regulations and liability insurance.
Does anyone know if the profits from this weekend’s entertainment are for the poppy appeal or any other charitable cause?
If so, it sounds like a worthwhile cause & worth a night out with a couple of guests.
In any event, have a great night. I like Chris & he’s a good entertainer and one of a dying breed being good hearted, genuine, non duplicitous & non judgemental.
P.S. Jim says Hi Chris, & to tell you that he’s sorry he won’t be able to come to see you on Saturday. He’s an ex member of PRBL club and now belongs to a RBL club in Birmingham, so he won’t be allowed in.
P.S. Maybe I’m wrong on that one, considering that it maybe an “open” night on Saturday, for a recognised charitable cause. Apparently, even though I am a member of PRBL club, I am not allowed to sign him in as my guest even though he’s a RBL member and a member of a club in Birmingham that is affiliated to RBL. Does anyone know if I have got this wrong with regards to “Open” night’s????
