The organisers of the Parwich Panoramic Five have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback received from runners of Tuesday evening’s race. The awful weather didn’t seem to dampen people’s enthusiasm on the night, and following much positive comment for the course and marshals afterwards, we have received some very kind emails, which are printed below. We are still trying to determine which “lovely lady” registered Jonathon!
Many thanks Parwich. A tremendous course, perfectly marshalled and signed. Really appreciate the effort that went into it. Regular fixture then?
James
A superb race, and extremely well organized. The route was full of interest, although the finish line kept moving, it seemed!
I hope you raised a good amount of money for the hall.
See you next year!

A great race. Friendly and well marshalled. From a personal perspective I like the variety of terrain and stiles.
Cheers,
Richard.
Well done on a very slick race yesterday – very good indeed for an inaugural event.
You’ll have to work on the weather but what a good sense of community Parwich has and the lady dealing with registration was lovely!

Thanks for organising Tuesday night’s run, despite the weather the event went well and I am sure everyone enjoyed the evening. A big thank you to the marshals, for without them I would still be running the course or somewhere in the area. I hope to bring some of the Alstonefield Striders to next year’s event, in the meantime well run.
Regards
Paul
I just wanted to drop you an email to say thanks very much for having me along to your run in Parwich on Tuesday. It was great local event, which all the runners I spoke to certainly seemed to enjoy!

Had no idea this would be a fell race!!!!!!!! hadn’t trained for it and didn’t have the right shoes. However I did enjoy it – despite falling in the mud – and it gave my wife a good laugh!!
