We have finally derived the profit figure for the PP5 run, and therefore the contribution from the event to the Memorial Hall fund.
A total of £ 313.00 profit was raised by the event.

Deb – thanks for the kind words – its actually team HigginsDrummondJohnson, but I know that’s a mouthful. Although our profit this year was modest, we hope to establish the PP5 as a regular event, and hopefully attract more runners next year. That way we can always count on an income for the village. Who knows, if Thorpe and Ilam can attract 1200 runners for the Dovedale dash, and raise thousands each year for their village, why not us?
