The last fortnight has been a hive of activity inside the hall. As can be seen from the photos, the scaffolding is back in the main hall to allow the electricians to site the wiring, ready for the lights, cinema and sound system. The first fix for both electric and plumbing have been completed and the plastering has just begun.
Outside the stonework is now finished and soon the oak facings will be fitted. The low level roofing is ongoing and the photo shows the kitchen roof completed. The large drums contain the rolled metal that is being used and the metal is designed to dull down, similar to a lead finish over the next few months.
