Thank you to Heather and Carl W for letting us know that as from 25 March 2012, the 8.14 bus to Ashbourne and the 16.05 return will only run on schooldays. This means that during school holidays, the earliest bus to Ashbourne will be at 9.53 am and if you want to return in the afternoon you wtll have to catch the 14.47 or wait for the 18.15. The service will continue as normal during school term times.

It is all strangely quiet on this post. I am lucky enough to have a car. Others in our village rely on this service to get to work. We need to gather forces to fight this, but also need to help people into Ashbourne – maybe a list of those who go into Ashourne? I’m not very helpful, but until the summer I go in Tues to Thurs and leave Parwich at about 7:20 am. I’m happy to give lifts.
That didn’t read correctly! I WANT to be helpful, but will only be going to Ashbourne till summer – because my reason for going to Ashbourne is heading off to Uni! In other words: I wish I could be MORE helpful!
