Could this be Your Cat?

Sadly it was mine & Jim’s lovely, much loved little cat Denis. He was a real character and very friendly, playful & inquisitive. He will be very badly missed. Everyone around the Square knew him & had got fond of him. A lot of the school kids knew him by name as he used to play in the school playing field and sit on the steps to the school. He was only about 14 months old. Jim had rescued him at the beginning of this year in Birmingham where he was being neglected by his previous owners. The irony of it being, that I agreed to have Denis over here with me, because we were worried about him being run over in Birmingham.
Special thanks to Margaret, Gill and Sue & her husband for their kindness and help

Sorry to hear about Denis.
The staff and children of Parwich School were so sad to hear about Denis.
He was such a character who brightened our day.
Please accept our condolences.
Thanks for your condolences, Fiona & Caroline. That was really kind of you. Denis has now been buried with his favourite toy, to forever remain a playful kitten cat. Thank you also to everyone else who has given their condolences and been so kind.
