Apparently Parwich School is closed today because the water is off. Earlier there was no mains water running in at least part of the Village. At present on the Green (8.45am) I have water but with very low pressure.

9.10 – Still no water at all over here.
9.15am My water has stopped now.
No water here at brook house or chestnut cottages.
Water back on in Church Walk and the Green.
We have no water at Creamery Lane. it briefly came back on but now off again.
I have just spoke to Severn Trent and apparently they have managed to re-zone the village and restore supplies to some houses and not others. Latest estimate for full supply is 9pm tonight.
Back to a trickle again this morning so guessing they’ve not managed to sort it.
Not even a trickle here. Just contacted SWT and apparently they repaired the original leak last night but then the pipe has burst again, they are trying to out in an overland pipe to bypass the problem. Matt has just driven past the problem and confirmed there is water gushing out. So I am off down there with my bucket!
Severn Trent say they will be dropping off bottled water to the affected properties.
School is closed again today (Friday).
