Does any know what has happened to our water supply……?
I know it’s off at several house across the village but I don’t know if everyone is affected.
8.30 am update (of sorts) – Severn Trent don’t know what the problem is, they have had several calls from Parwich and are in the process of investigating.
There is a website for incidents – http://www.stwater.co.uk/households/live-updates/, currently showing disruption to supply in Parwich…..
The website was upadted at 8.30 am this morning and says
Customers in this area may experience a temporary loss of supply or low water pressure. A problem was reported on 16/10/2014 and we are currently working hard to resolve this as soon as possible. We aim to restore all supplies within 6 hours.

We have none on creamery lane. School is closed.
Feeling thirsty here at Stanworth.
I believe Val is making alternative arrangements to ensure there is water for catering for the funeral this afternoon. No loos will be a problem though.
The Legion is opening at 2pm – it will be OK without water for the bar but loos will also be a problem…
Just spoken to a ST employee down here at Nethergreen – he says Bradbourne is off as well, it must be a leak and he is looking for it. He doesn’t think it will be a quick solution.
It looks like Ballidon is affected too…
Still off for this morning on Creamery Lane
Tweet from Severn Trent this morning – pressure will vary as workmen are still attending to the fault but we shouldn’t loose supply again.
Rather than ringing and emailing try tweeting as your tweet and their reply is viewable by everyone who follows them and you thus they are very keen to reply with the best possible accuracy.
No water on Creamery Lane today again. Reported again to Severn Trent but getting the usual response of ‘we’re working on it’.
My water in Creamery Lane is now back after a couple of hours drought …
I’m keeping my fingers crossed!
