Does anyone know whether the road from Ashbourne to Parwich is clear? Marlous and Ferdi, our (Dutch) guests from Tom’s Barn, have had to camp at the Travel Lodge in Ashbourne overnight and need advice. They certainly won’t get up the hill to Orchard Farm but will they get to Parwich okay? I don’t think they or their car are used to icy roads…be very grateful if anyone has any up to date info. Thank you!

I’ve just returned from a Christmas break in Holland, flying back to Manchester over the pristine white northern moors of the Peak District, basking in sunshine. Thankful that the roads are fairly clear again!
