This is funny! My daughter and I were also talking about colanders yesterday when we wondered what my grandchildren’s Infant School would do to get the children to ‘watch’ the eclipse. I wonder whether there has been a stampede at the shops to buy colanders … Such a shame that the chance to see the eclipse doesn’t look very promising with the cloud cover as it is at this moment.
I think I might as well have copied Emma’s idea for all the luck I had with a colander!
