- *new listing* Parwich, The Square, 4 bed detached cottage, £300,000.
- *new listing* Parwich, Rathborne Croft, 3 bedroom semi-detached, £250,000.
For Rent:
- Parwich, Smithy Close, 1 bedroom flat (55+ only), £90 per week / £390 per month.

Is the flat listed as ‘Smithy Close’ definitely Parwich because I don’t think the photo is and there aren’t any flat’s vacant.
I am not sure – that is how it is listed on rightmove, which is where we get the info for the posts from……
Thought the flats were council owned
most if not all council property can be bought under the right to buy scheme , but I suspect there are restrictive clauses on sale of the property.

The flat is up for rent via the ‘Acclaim Housing Group’, of which Dales Housing became a subsidiary company in 2007. According to its website, Dales Housing was set up in March 2002, following the transfer from Derbyshire Dales District Council, and it is the largest social housing provider across the Dales.
I guess the only thing that could be amiss is if someone is subletting it; I’m not sure what the rules are around that.
